Tudor was established in 1926 by Rolex founder Hans Wilsdorf as Rolex’s baby brother. Tudor watches were offered at a lower price point than Rolex, making them a favorite among professionals needing purpose-built tool watches. The present example is one of the final Submariners made with the Fleurier 390 movement, exhibiting beautifully aged patina, light gray ghost bezel, thick case with well-defined original chamfers, and matte dial with an even, olive luminous coloration.
