Crafted in 18K gold; centering a carved coral skull within a frame of petrified wood and coral branches; accented with 31 oval-cut fire opals weighing a total of approximately 17.00 carats; accented with eight large black South Sea cultured pearls, each measuring approximately 16.00 mm; and enhanced with 213 round brilliant-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 3.20 carats, with mostly G-I color and VS-SI clarity; fastened with a double pin stem and trombone catch; measures 5 x 4-1/2 inches; weight 251.48 g.
