The Omega Constellation TV case, designed by Gerald Genta, debuted in 1970. The heavy integrated bracelet and tonneau-shaped case would predict future designs by Mr. Genta. The dial of the present example exhibits a beautiful “spider crazing” effect caused by aging of the lacquer. This is the first generation of OMEGA watches with the Cal 1002 movement.
