The Jaeger LeCoultre Master Quartz was the manufacturer’s first foray into quartz watches. Introduced in 1972, it uses the Girard-Perregaux Cal. 352 movement, the first quartz movement powered by a stepper motor and the predecessor to today’s quartz watches. The present example has an interesting oval case, stunning blue dial, and beautiful period-correct bracelet.
