Platinum diamond and ruby brooch. 41 round diamonds weigh approximately 4.25 carat H-J color, VS to SI clarity. 7 pear shaped rubies weigh approximately 2.5 carat. Measures 1 3/8 inchesx1 1/8 inches, weight 10.3g. Accompanied by Milano CISGEM report no. 443, stating that rubies are from Burma with no heat treatment.
